When it starts as a collage and ends up as a giant painted mural, what is that? Is it collage, really? My guess: who cares! It's amazing!
Over the years, I’ve mastered creating dynamic collages from diverse and imperfect image sources, blending composition, color, and texture for engaging results. Here's a selection of these collages.
Client: Phish
Project: The Garden 2025
Poster and animation
The legendary band Phish invited me to create the poster and motion collage for their upcoming Madison Square Garden concert series in December 2025. Inspired by their music and the energy of New York City, the result is a set of trippy, vibrant visuals that capture the spirit of both.
Collage and animation are a perfect pair, transforming illustrations into dynamic, story-driven visuals that captivate and inspire.
Collage transcends vintage aesthetics, remixing contemporary images to create meaning through both elements and mood, inviting deeper engagement.
Client: American Cancer Society
Project: 110 Anniversary animation
To celebrate its 110th anniversary, ACS commissioned me to create a video highlighting key moments from its history. I was given access to their visual archive, which I cut and animated to tell the story of this renowned institution.
I love creating editorial illustrations for media outlets and transforming my collage work into products. Here’s a selection of my favorite projects.
